Semi-Private Dining Area
Walls enough for a toast, without renting the whole restaurant.
Everything on this page is already true about Blackfinn — the rooms, the prices, the hours, the photos. What's new is that a guest can finally use it: ask about a room in forty seconds, read the menu without pinching, and see what's on before driving over.

01 · The four spaces
These are Blackfinn's real spaces, in their own photos. Today, asking about one means calling during a rush — their catering page says "fill out the form below," and there is no form. This one works.
Walls enough for a toast, without renting the whole restaurant.
The upstairs level. Your group's own vantage on the room.
For the party that wants the pub, not a private room.
Open air. Good when the group won't sit still.
Check your date
Forty seconds, no account. In the live build this goes straight to the Ballantyne Village team.
In the live build, whoever answers (704) 900-6095 would already have this in front of them — it's on the board just below.
Mockup note: saved on this phone only, nothing was sent. Nothing's held until you talk it through.
What the Ballantyne team sees
Today, asks scatter across four separate vendor inboxes plus the phone. Here, every ask — events, catering, big parties, gameday tables — lands on one board, oldest first. Waiting now: 3
Sample rows are invented people, marked as such. Submit the form above and yours appears instantly.
No revenue numbers on this board, on purpose. The only metric is how long an ask waits — because that's the number that loses bookings.
02 · What's on
Blackfinn's Upcoming Events page is empty today — while brunch, happy hour, and the weekday lunch deal run like clockwork. These three are real, straight off their own site, and the chips run live off this phone's clock. A page built on them is never blank again.
Their own words, from their own bio: "Gameday destination" and "the most slept-on brunch spot in town." Sports come up in more of their Google reviews than anything else — even the pretzels, fourteen to thirteen. The games they show each week get typed in once by whoever runs the schedule; we don't invent their calendar for them.
04 · What we fix, exactly
No jargon, no maybes. Each one: the problem on your site today, the thing we build, and what you get from it.
Your catering page says "fill out the form below." There is no form. Party and catering asks only come in if someone calls at the right moment.
The inquiry form you used above — name, date, headcount, room — on your website, working day one.
Every party and catering request captured, even the ones that come in at 11 PM on a Tuesday.
Requests land in four different places — the ordering vendor, the reservation vendor, the events vendor, the catering vendor — plus the phone. Things get missed.
One list where every request lands, oldest first, with how long it's been waiting. The board you saw under the form.
Nothing waits, nothing slips. Whoever picks up the phone already has the request in front of them.
Your Upcoming Events page is empty — while your own Instagram calls you a gameday destination.
A what's-on page where brunch, happy hour, and the $12 lunch are always on it automatically, and your staff types in the week's games once.
A page that is never blank. Guests check what's on before they drive over — instead of calling the bar to ask.
Your menu prices live inside image files. The $12-under-12 lunch deal can't be found on Google, read aloud, or texted to a friend.
Your full menu as real text — the one you scrolled above — that your staff can change in a minute without an image editor.
Google finds your lunch deal. A guest texts the menu to the friend still in the parking lot.
You have four private spaces and a page that only names them — no photos of the rooms, no sizes, no way to book one.
A page per room — your photos, real capacities, what it's good for — each with the ask button attached.
Private-event money that today walks off to whoever answered fastest — without playing phone tag for it.
Your 4.3 stars, your 1,530 reviews, your food, and an owner who answers reviews personally. That part already works — the site just stops hiding it.
What's real on this page
We'd rather tell you first. Every blank is a question for Blackfinn, not a guess by us.
A better front door
Five fixes, all checkable, none of them guesses. The rest of the conversation is yours to have.
Working mockup — nothing is sent from this page. Scope, timeline, and one number in writing come after a conversation.
